Instructions for resolving duplicate Facebook Events.

Note: Most causes of duplicate events are because you have more than one Facebook integration active on your site. Please ensure to disable Facebook Sales Channel Data Sharing and that no other Facebook pixel apps are installed.

Steps to deactivate the Facebook and Instagram Sales Channel Pixel.

  1. Log in to your Shopify Store

  2. On the Sidebar click "Facebook & Instagram" -> "Settings"

  3. Go to Share Data & click “Change”
    ​

  4. Toggle Off “Share Data”
    ​


    ​

  5. Once Data is Toggled to “Off” > click “ Save “.
